I was honored when this mama asked me to help her document her pregnancy. She is a very dear friend of mine, and I am so thankful for her friendship. She was my birth doula for both Emersyn and Nora. 

It's that time of year when the wildflowers are beautiful. I had to take advantage of that. I had put a call out for someone to come with me and trek through the wildflowers and tall grass, and Tori answered. We had so much fun on this shoot. She was great to photograph. Then when we had wrapped up on session and were on our way to get Gelato, I noticed how beautiful the sunset was. I had dreamed of getting a maternity silhouette shot, and this was the perfect opportunity for it.

I couldn't be happier with how these turned out.
